Sol Simmers specializes in residential real estate and investment properties in the Greater Seattle area. Prior to his career in real estate, Sol earned a degree in Bachelor of Science in Kinesiology with a focus in Pre-Physical Therapy from Western Washington University.

Originally from Romania, Simona moved to the U.S. when she was young and earned her business degree from Everett Community College. She fell in love with real estate shortly after college. In her free time, Simona loves spending time with her husband and three children and exploring the outdoors.
